Danica and Jaden had a sleep over at out house in July, we had such a blast. These two kids are so amazing they play so well together and are constantly making Mike and I laugh, oh the joy of grandkids!!
We started our sleepover with dinner of course they both love chicken nuggets, green beans and strawberries. Of course we can't report what we ate after this cause the Mommies will read this. You know the old saying what happens at Grandpas and Grandmas stay at Grandpas and Grandmas. lol
Then after their dinner settled they love to get out out mini trampoline, so things were going well until...take notice of the foot stool in the foreground.
Still haven't noticed the footstool.
Well of course their they go, Jaden decided that he could stand on it and jump on to the trampoline, well here is Miss Danica of course giving the rules to this new adventure.
Get ready set go!!! You can guess the rest from here, they spent hours standing on the footstool and jump onto the trampoline.
After the trampoline it was time to go outdoors to help Grandpa water all the flowers and trees.
Here they are helping each other to water...too cute!!!!
Grandpa had to give some instructions as to where to actually water...not on each other,not on our shoes and especially not on Grandma!!! lol
Here's the start of watering they are watering Great Grandpa Reddixs tree that we planted in memory of him. We always tell the kids about him when they water this tree, they love the stories!
Early the next morning we were up eating our breakfast pancakes..yummy!!!
After breakfast we spent sometime out on the front porch just relaxing..such is the life!!!
After hours of playing and watching our morning shows we had a snack of watermelon because we have a big day ahead of us.
We were off to our swimming lessons, Danica and I went to swimming lessons this summer, this was her last lesson. She did awesome!!
Here she is doing 1,2,3 eyes wet, it's were they have to put their heads under water or swim with their face in the water, she did really good.
Here she is swimming with her noodle and I'm not holding on to her...see no hands!!!
Sitting on the frog and she has to jump off and swim toward the side of the pool.
After swimming we were off to McDonalds for lunch and then a short nap and onto the movies. This was Danicas first time at the movies, she did great well thank goodness for snacks!!!!!We had such a great time with the both of them!!!

Holy Cow...let me take a second to compose my self over the shock of you FINALLY updating your blog. I will get to your new look hopefully soon. My mac desktop (where I do my scrapbooking) hates me right now...so we shall see. And I had to laugh when I saw the blue truck in the reflection of your window... it's still part of the family I see.
Your grandbabies are super adorable. How fun to spoil the kiddos and then send 'em home. I can't tell you how much I appreciate the week of me detoxing my kids after they spend time with their grandparents. Such is the life, I suppose!
